... lovely walk round the lake with my neighbour only to find I couldn't unlock the door. Luckily I could open the cab door and climb in that way but try as I might the door to the habitation area remained firmly locked. ... far for their holidays! Time for rest, rehydrate and refreshment. Another very adequate dinner and we're ready for a recovery sleep. It all happens again tomorrow. The weather is forecast to be quite a bit cooler, 24degrees and we're only riding 55kms. We are staying at the same hotel on Wednesday and Thursday nights and there's a strong rumour of massages being available as well as a pool. I'll be very disappointed if this turns out not to be ...

    Day Three: Carnac

Rose had a restless night's sleep as she was too hot, so she woke a little later at 730am. Leaving the house at 930am we then headed to a place called Carnac, which is famous for its ancient standing stones. En route we passed by a family fun park which Rose, ever watchful for such an opportunity, asked if she could visit, mounting an effective campaign of persuasion! So we ended up stopping there for about two hours. Rose had a great deal of fun at the ...
