    ... greatly. The rocks were a little loose and the incline required hands to do a bear claw at some points. But we finally made it. And boy was it worth it.     ... the lake and across to the vast mountains on the far side (which was actually France). The grumpy campsite owner continued the Swiss trend of the day, but the price was certainly a nice surprise to me – only 10 CHF. After all my expectations for very expensive camping, this was actually slightly cheaper than any of the campsites I had stayed at whilst cycle-touring Scotland in June.
