May I ask you: what a better way to mark the end of summer than going to see the transhumance in Annecy. The main attraction was the cattle crossing the town centre. We saw few ships and many cows. It was rather amusing. After the 'show’, we had an ice cream (it was just about warm enough for one) and a walk around town. Annecy centre is very pretty.
