Geneva done, we packed up and set off on the next leg of our
journey along the Northern shore of Lake Geneva to Cully which is a small town
famous for its vineyards. Here we stopped and took a walk through the wine
route which is situated on the lake shore on extremely steep land. The
vineyards are terraced and present a beautiful aspect in which to walk. The sky
... museum and finally gave up. Back into Geneva
we stopped for a rest outside the Science Museum where we played around with
some ancient clocks and parabolic sound senders.
By this time the temperature must have been around 28
degrees so we decided to head back to camp for a swim in the lake. The water was
cool but pleasant and so on to sundowners and a Bratwurst braai in the sun.

... apple pie for dessert, then good-byes to the group. It was very warm in Geneva with clear skies; visibility was good enough to see Mont Blanc in France. So now it's off to the airport to return home and back to real life. We'll miss the sights, the food and the people we met; we were even sad to leave the bikes at the train station!
