On our morn walk we ventured into the back streets where the real people live and discovered more hidden beauty. We walked into the town square past Louis Pasteur's home and college. We decided to have a picnic breakfast in a cute little spot once just outside the town limits, which we all enjoyed greatly. In the evening we joined 2 other couples and went to the Edelweiss Folklore Restaurant as recommended by Olga. She was absolutely right when she said we would enjoy it. All of Phil’s co-workers have been really helpful. For the most part most of his office are not local so they have been in our shoes at some point or another therefore it’s an office filled with knowledge for us.
