          Woke up to another rainy day in Paris. We had to be ready for Elen to show up at 10:30 to give her the keys and say goodbye to our Parisien apartment. Called our first Uber, and he showed up right away to take us to Gare du Lyons. Found a Starbucks just inside the station.           ... colours of the trees and the brilliant green of the grass was amazing.

          E failed to get any lunch as we discovered that 11:11 is a bank holiday in France and everywhere was closed! So we arrived at the hotel at 5:00 pm and were starving! We checked in and the owner kindly provided us with pate and bread and a glass of red....perfect!
