... s contribution to European unity after WW2. Luxembourg has just assumed the presidency of the EU for the next 6 months, so there were EU flags up everywhere. 20th August So, our final camper week, sadly starts ... We left a good camper stop, over looking the harbour ... a lovely, bright sunny day, and a great example of a French camper stop. We saw that there was a kind of fair on today in the local town - Echternach-Luxembourg, so we thought we would go and check it out early. Filled with market stalls setting up with various homemade stuff, with all types if cheese, meats, cake etc, very tempting! Tuesday night we had dinner in a nice cafe overlooking William Square. There we enjoyed a bottle of locally made sparking wine and pizza. We made our way back to the hotel for an early start. Despite all this walking I am not getting any smaller!

Our next stop is Paris with a 6.40 am train booked on the superfast TGV.
