... feasts and we saw some of the brightly coloured costumes which are worn. Each year there are horse races run between the districts. The winning district then gets to display their flags in the main square. The Dragons had won the most recent race, so they were the flags we had seen. Over here its actually impossible to ignore the pasticceria and cafes, its like, they set up the lighting and glazing so it all works in perfect harmony, much like the genius of the subway smell, hence luring you in to a sugary abyss of deliciousness. ... Larry did not eat the pâté, but he did try one bite, for which we rewarded him with extra vino! Next came a cold meat tray with pecorino and a Rosemary Foccacia...it deserves to be in caps...it was that good!
