    We spent Thursday at the San Diego zoo and had great time. It's easy to spend all day here as there is so much to do. I would say it's one of the best zoos we have visited.     ... VII, there was a brief appearance of a droid called BB8. Most of us thought, at least based on the Prequel movies, that the droid was a digital effect. Well were we all in for a huge surprise. Out rolled BB8 onto the main stage, joining JJ, three of the new film's lead actors and R2D2, who was introduced shortly before.     ... fat' breakfast, we came back to the hotel and the 'bellboy' got us a cab to The Outlets at Orange, which is like an outdoor mall with all the outlets shops and heaps of eating places, plus even IMAX movie theatres! There were big department stores like Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and even Saks Fifth Avenue. One place there was called Dave & Buster, which was a huge arcade with a bar and restaurant! It looked like a casino inside!

    We also visited a local country music bar, and it's not just about the music there; it's all about the themed dances, with full steps and audience participation. You can only join in with the dances if you know the steps, it's kind of difficult to follow along but I did my best.
