      After a hearty breakfast at the hotel we headed off to Luxembourg City and into Vaals(It borders on both Belgium and Germany. The three borders meet on the Drielandenpunt, a few meters from the highest point in the European part of the Netherlands, the Vaalserberg. The Vaalserberg used to be called "Hubertusberg".).       ... 1921 as he believed the climate etc mirrored Champagne. Over the years they starting producing a sparkling wine, and some table wines. A short, OK, tour was taken, followed by a drop of tasting. The grapes used are in the majority Riesling, and minority Pinot Noir.       ... road and headed toward a more urban Luxembourg! In its own way Luxembourg City was equally as impressive and scenic, elegantly balancing new and historic divisions of its landscape. It was pristine and another place where there is a good picture to be captured around every corner!
