Have I told you we are staying in a Senior center??? Don thought we were staging an intervention! Actually, we understand this is a very exclusive senior home, and the hotel is a part of their business plan. Don and Cindy are making really good Rick Steve's participants, and Andrea called them "virgins" tonight! Don could hardly believe it...he said "I have been called a lot of things but never that!"...everyone laughed!
Tomorrow is a long tour day...up and out by 8:00 and back to the hotel at 6:30. Time for bed!

Our first hosting with CS we had hosted. And what an experience it turned out to be.
Natalie met us from the train at her small town of Ettelbruck north
of Luxembourg. At home her husband Patrick and little Lou were
waiting. I don't think Lou remembered us from their one night stay
back in mid December, but we received a warm welcome from Natalie

... the hotel with no lift in a room that was an assault on the eyes. It was decked out all in pink satin, and the bed frame was that of an 80’s style waterbed, in polished black veneer, with sections of mirror and a radio inset into the bed head. I hate to say it, but Mike, always one to covet anything related to the 80’s, thought it was so cool that I was worried he would try for a bedroom redesign when we get home. But it was a place to lay the head.
