... here is absurd. So my first responsibility of the day is to open my (real) shutters on my window. Then it is downstairs to have breakfast. After a quiet night on the campsite we enjoyed hot showers and a quick breakfast before setting off along the sea front - another varied seashore of sandy beaches with surfers and swimmers, sand dunes, rocky islands and busy port of Sable d'Olonne. A chilly night tested our new sleeping bags. We woke to our hilliest morning so far but clear blue sky, orange sunrise and dry tents! Light breakfast then on the bikes along the Loire. Coffee stop in sunshine with assorted pastries then back along quiet country lanes on to St Brevin les Pins, and the Atlantic Ocean. Now for lunch by the ...

After about 5 hours we decided to call it a day and headed back to Daisy via the supermarket. We picked up a couple of supplies and eventually got back at about 6.
We then made a plan of going to the Bar on the site for a few drinks. The prices are amazing. Nearly £6 for a pint. But hey ho its only a one off. So we had a few drinks and took in the sights at the local pub. It was Bingo night but I think that we will give it a miss tonight.
