... of the Alps including front and centre with a perfectly blue backdrop …the Matterhorn. Also from here we could reach out and touch Monte Rosa, the highest peak in the Swiss Alps. The air is thin, you puff more going up the stairs and when you bend down the ground tilts a bit. We get lunch at the café on top of the world watching ravens and even an ibex next to 3 glaciers and again in the backdrop the Matterhorn.

... of the day before caught up with me and I spent the first two hours snoozing. The bus is equipped with a TV and DVD player along with a selection of movies, so we spent the next two hours watching Step-Brothers. By this stage it was lunch time, so we scrambled off the bus, threw up a couple of tables and a bunch of seats, and had a very nice picnic. Just like last night we had a range of salads, cheese, crackers, fruit, a couple of sweet things, and some juice/cordial. No frog legs ...
