After a cappuccino and after dinner drinks, we adjourned to Frank's room, and said Bon ...

... de Milady' - an awesome swimming beach. Our site had power and within walking distance to town and for 10 euro a night we're pretty happy. What made us even happier was that early the next morning before the crowds the surf picked up just enough an max finally got a few waves! After a quick coffee on the cliffs we walked into town along another great beach only accessible at low tide - cote des basques. At high tide this beach became a massive clear water swimming pool, ...

We woke up to a cloudy, drizzly day. We slept in then ventured out into the city. Today we were planning to enjoy the beach however, the weather changed those plans. Instead, we went into the shopping area to buy clothes that would be more touristy rather then looking like "pilgrims". There were end of the season sales everywhere so we were able to buy loafers, shirts, pants and dresses at fairly reasonable ...
