... my business plan and occasionally applying for jobs in the area. Swiss unemployment insurance means I dont have to worry too much about money for the moment and its good to be around Elliot! Sort of a paternity leave :)

We went for a walk yesterday and got to enjoy the sunshine after a period of 5 days of rain. It must be great skiing right now!

... br> We catch the metro back up to the centre and wander round the shops, C&A is here, along with other familiar shops seen in many other towns and cities in the world. Lausanne is busy with traffic hold-ups but not manically so - a serene buisiness. Temperatures now range from 9-15 (9 at the bottom of the hill and 15 at the top unless the shop’s thermometer has broken!) It is certainly very mild for the time of year.

... by 7pm. That day, I spent hours at the mall getting in the Christmas spirit where I decided I was going to turn their apathetic "yeah, we could do a potluck Christmas dinner", into a "Feels like Christmas" high energy dinner.
