    ... there. When we returned the key he said sorry and I told him to call the manager, again he refused, Gabby turned around and said "you're a mean man!" (Hahaha) and we went back to try to try and get some rest. I slept in my sleeping bag liner I brought as I was too grossed out to sleep in the sheets.     ... half way to the site. Eventually, when we still hadn't reached it, myself and some others decided to go back and have a pool day which was really nice, although the water was pretty cold. On our second night we had the Contiki "P" Party down I their underground bar. It was a really fun night. I dressed up as a policeman.     ... the owner of the house was trying to get it through the window of the top room three stories up! Animated discussions took place - lots of 'mais c'est impossible' comments and on we trotted. Up at the cathedral- 12 century at one end extended in the 16 century the other. Lovely building with tapestries, ornate glass windows and a 19 century organ which was, as had been arranged especially for us, played by the local organist/piano ...

    Like Lascaux, the paintings are considered to be such a tremendous resource that to avoid damage, a complete replica of the caves has been created for visitors, and the centre just opened two days before, on April 25.
