... it was a very false apology and also he was giving us smart-ass answers! We gave up talking to him as it was clear he was an idiot and thought he could ‘out-smart’ us with stupid arguments! Needless to say he failed!

The snow removal trucks where clearing the streets and side walks, however since it was the holiday season, many were on holiday themselves. Which meant what should have taken about 3-5 days to clear, took much longer.
