Wednesday Nancy and I went to Castelnaudry to meet her French friend Annie. We walked together along the Canal du Midi, saw barges tied up as well as moving along the Canal. Resting!!

Two days in Pamiers resting up, cleaning and stocking up before the next part of the trip. We've had another almighty thunderstorm but the long range forecast is good for our Midi trip 65 degrees and getting warmer and less rain.
We are really looking forward to the Canal Midi and having John and Wendy share it with us, it's a double celebration as they have just had their first wedding anniversary and it will be John's birthday on the Monday 18th June. ...
