    We woke up around 9 since it seems most Europeans don't wake up until then. I'm amazed how few coffee shops and food places are open early. Jessica had a bad earache that was killing her so we found a doctor to see her. No insurance and the wait was about 10 minutes; cost about $40. Then the prescription was only $30 and change.     ... things to look at everywhere you go. The casino was really impressive looking and had the most expensive cars out the front that we saw there. We didn't go in - you properly have to pay just to have a walk around! Once we had finished in Monaco we dragged ourselves away to head into Nice.     ... unfortunately couldn’t even eat their main by the time it came out. After sitting for a little longer waiting for the food to digest it was time to then do some shopping.     ... we don't have to carry it with to Monaco. My backpack straps on my very sunburnt back was not a good feeling. I really hope my burn heals up fast. The train to Monaco was full of people but it was only a 25minute ride so it went quickly. As soon as we got off the Monaco train I could tell we were in a rich city/country.
