Left home heading for the 10.50 Eurotunnel, arrived slightly late. As normal I used the Flexiplus lane at the tunnel, it's for people who pay a lot more for the flexibility of arriving anytime you like and getting on the first tain available. This hotel I chose on price and the fact it is 400 yrs old , dark and gruesome looking inside . Perfect for Friday the 13th .David thought the stairs moved like out of Harry potter .

The village is a tourist town ,cobbled roads and a one way system .hard to get around but ...

I guess the theme to all these posts is beer, but come on. We are in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium after all. As you can tell we drank some great Belgian beer and had some great chocolate.
