... it should look new. We have lunch, but don't sit down for it. Usually finish about 11pm.
Monday we run about getting people into gear, lessons, and what ever else is required and try to sneak in a pizza for lunch in the village.
Tuesday is 'normal' and Wednesday is our day off. We get a sleep in and its turning into Date Night. Although I'm getting better at coming home with my date (and sober) fatigue usually means its otherwise uneventful.

... off to a castle and huge waterfall. They will pack our lunch and after we eat we stop to have a lesson in silhouette cutting. Then a nature walk followed by mountain biking. We had a nice breakfast in the hotel then caught the train to Milan. The scenery along the Italian coast was gorgeous. At Milan we had a 4 hour wait for our train. Gary had a wonderful time watching the continual parade of trains come in and out. Our train to Bern through the tunnel from Italy to Switzerland gets in at 9:25 but we have booked a hotel close to the station. We tried to book tomorrows trains at Milan but they were unable to help us as it is not from ...

... Bern it was clear for walking around - lovely shops in Bern and the market was on as well. There were people dressed as pigs, chickens and meat workers advocating being a vegetarian, whilst at the markets, the pork industry had a stall, handing out samples of BBQ bacon. It was very tasty and we had a talk to the young fellows there. We saw the "Ogre fountain" which is supposed to eat children who misbehave – didn't see any ...
