Found the site easily enough even though I had forgotten the address. It was further out of the way than we expected which was nice. The temperature was around 32c when we arrived so we enjoyed laying out in the shade and going for a dip in the murky river. ... is stunning, so green and so neat. The towns are spotless and the people are friendly. When we finally stopped we had run up a distance of 75 kms for the day. This is a new record for us on our bikes, our previous being 72 kms last year in Switzerland.

... are very neat with straight lines and happy livestock. It appears that the region specializes in milk production which is, I guess, used to produce Dutch cheese. There are also a fair number of very fat sheep around that produce both wool and lamb chops.
