No luck there, I accidentally forgot the Nancy bergamotes in the car. While I was in the train, Papa gallantly ran back to the car, ran to the train, handed me the candy and kissed my cheek. Pretty sure I have the best Dad in the world.

Liverdun, j'arrive!!!
... qu'en Lorraine! Nous revenons par la suite a Liverdun pour le souper. Marie-Rose nous prepare une bonne quiche Lorraine. Je goute a beaucoup de bouffe typique de la Liverdun et des environs : les madeleines de Liverdun, les mirabelles, paté de foie aux mirabelles, vin du domaine Lelievre et aussi un apero a la liqueur de mirabelles. And our main late night entertainment was a basement hookah bar - using real tobacco and sitting on worn-in pillows and couches. These joints have somehow been able to escape all the encroaching tobacco laws. While we didn't try it, we did stumble across Canada Venture, a restaurant that claims to specialize in Canadian cuisine! Maybe next time :)

Anyway, I do believe that is all of my news. I am now going to go get some sleep in a bed. Sleeping on a floor for 3 nights has left me covered in bruises, but it was worth it to see Jess and where she’s living etc.
