    ... Riviera, the water is at an incredible temperature this time of year. I spent far too long duck diving beneath the waves on the shore that had built up from the sea breeze that was nicely cooling down the high temperature of the day. Further to that the majority of suppliers in France are known to block VOIP phone calls, which have been our lifeblood throughout Europe to use our Pennytel account to make unlimited time 8 cent phone calls to landlines in Australia. We found even the hotels in France had VOIP blocked on their free wifi access, and have not encountered this anywhere else in Europe to date. Then for accommodation in Nice....     Our Virginia friends Susan & Don ,were there to meet us from our flight , and we were actually able to find our way through the heavy traffic in time to meet the housekeeper from our home exchange at 8pm as planned (sometimes plans do work!!)
