What a great full day out. We managed to get going for once and went straight to the gardens owned and run by the Internationale Musee de Parfumerie, part of the same ticket we bought for the Museum on Sunday. Blue skies and bright sunshine added to the lovely gardens full of lavender, fruit trees, jasmine, spicy and edible plants, as well as the frogs in the pond and little sculptures dotted around. Guy was busy with his camera and Matt did a few sketches - nice!

Thus, attending the Cannes Film Festival was my award winning moment, but much like the 2nd act of any picture, my experience took ...

    Day 17

A travel blog entry by owiedoeseurope on Oct 02, 2012

... After the beers we went for another walk went to the casino etc and got rained on. Decided to grab some wine, cheese and a baguette and head back to the hotel. During the walk I noticed a couple of things. The guys all dress a bit up market and some of their outfits are eyecatching, red pants and shoes lots of lilac. However it is the woman who are on parade. All done up to the nines and cosmetic surgery heaven. massive ...
