        ... much dusting...One or two is best for me. After a long day of sightseeing in Cologne time to find the Cologne beer - which was not a problem at all - they have little pubs along the pedestrian area which runs about two blocks. Stopped at Papa Joe's...must be a kind of local hangout.. We found a window table onto the square so we could people watch. We saw two weddings...lots of tourists...a pug dog...a few ...

        ... the city hall dating back to 1200 although it has been extended twice with different architectural style. It has been rebuilt after being extensively damaged by allied bombing in WWII. The highlight was the Cologne cathedral, which is the second tallest church in Germany, is a magnificent structure.         ... I'm not sure it was even coming from the hotel? This continued periodically through the night - I even wondered if it was a woman in labour! Consequently, between that and knowing we had to wake extra early, I had a rotten nights sleep. It helped with the great strong coffee the nice windscreen repairer made me but still....very tired today.

        Anyway we continued on and enjoyed a nice couple of hours at the Lindt chocolate museum, overlooking the Rhine ...

        Cologne city tour began on the bus at Zons, Germany. Viking Cruises bus you in for your tour early in the morning and the ship is in Cologne once the tour is over. We had until 11:45pm to see the 4th largest city in Germany, and it's number one attraction.
