        ... our ship is docked so we walked a bit and were in the shopping/pedestrian district and we just meandered around for a few hours.         Early this morning, about 4.30, we sailed passed Frankfurt and onto Cologne, berthing at about 1pm. We opted for the city walking tour which was about 1.5 hour duration. We learnt about the history of Cologne, or Koln as it is called in Germany. With a population of 1 million, it's the 4th biggest city in Germany (behind Berlin, Hamberg, Munich).         We had an easy Saturday morning drive to Cologne and once again with the help of our trusty Navman found the auto glass repair place easily. An hours wait, 80 Euros later and only the tiniest of visible mark - we were ready to be on our way. Hopefully all will be good. We figure if we put a little squished bug on it...no one will be any the wiser :)

        ... of interactive elements through the museum which is different from most museums so you get to try some of the things out. For example they had the long jump record layed out and you could have a crack at it. And... it was part of the German Sports Culture class which we get credits for which is a bonus! Another few things going on lately was the Karneval in the city which was jammed packed with people and everyone dressing up ...
