    Left for belgium this morning. Just entered the french speaking country and I read about some caves in liege, belgium that I will try to find. And then onto brussels.. an intereting thing in europe is all the public bathrooms cost money to use... here are some pictures of the roads. The sign that looks like a ghost busters sign means theres no speed ...

    ... was time to go....

    Off I went....I could not believe how many memorials I bumped into....actually found where the first tank battle was....trivia time....why are they called tanks....?
    times up....

    because...when the British invented them it was in secrecy so they labeled all the crates Water Tanks.....Tanks stuck.
    Without trying I bumped into Thiepval.....it is one big memorial....huge... for 70,000 ...I was going to check it out...but ...

    ... in time to see the GP3 race, followed by the GP2 cars. Crazy that the GP2s were so much louder than the now strangely quiet turbo F1s.

    The Porsche cup cars then had their race, resembling a demolition derby with cars off left right and centre in front of us. Maybe the most exciting race of the day!

    After Andy had downed a Belgian waffle and a hamburger, and I'd eaten some hot chips and a filter coffee (!), the F1s were on. We had high hopes ...

    ... mega loud!! No rain today which was unusual for Spa but good for us. Just cold and breezy. Got to a maximum of 16 degrees but we were better dressed today. Drivers parade of top 10 which was a bit of a let down. Formula 1 started at 2pm. Exciting! Great race with Ricciardo again showing he has the goods. Go you good thing!
