... cathedral. The cathedral was huge and beautiful and sunset from the top was worth the stop at H&M. From there we went for a walk through the shopping area and to look at the Leonardo statue then made our way back to the hostel. I'm getting used to sleeping in now, I think it's because you are continuously being woken up during the night so you make the most of sleep where you can haha, plus breakfast here is served till 12 so there's no rush! ...
... it, but found the tourists wandering around taking photo's during the service a bit offensive. Incense and Cardinals abounded and the choir and organ were an added treat. We could follow the service easily enough and we were sorry we missed the start.
After Mass was over we wandered through the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II arcade and located Teatro alla Scala. A bit more of a look around and then headed out to Santa ...
... and a lot of buildings were modern and flash looking. We did not see anyone wandering around wearing the high fashion for which Milano is famous.
