Took the train from Nuremberg to Munich. Encountered a group of refugees. Pretty difficult to get through with all the police that were there as well. I thought we might miss our train!! We didn't miss this connection although it is really full. One more transfer and we will be in ...

... 8230;

Needless to say we were very hungry when we arrived back at the car. Thankfully we took some water bottles with us or we likely would have died of dehydration. The kids were little rock stars on the whole thing!

Steffie checked her time and she thought the time was wrong. It was only 10:45am; we had climbed ...

... said that it had to be all hard work…

After having the day off on Monday, we made our final preparations before loading up the car on Tuesday morning. Paula came over to join the party and we drove off at 10am on our way to the ******* south! Usually we would have driven on the autobahn to Karlsruhe before heading over to Stuttgart and beyond, but because of the neverending roadworks and traffic jams, we decided to go past Heilbronn instead and luckily avoided ...
