      Today we went for a tour of the Dacchau concentration camp memorial site. It was certainly a contrast to the opulence of Neuschwanstein, and a sobering reminder of what people are capable of.       Dachau concentration camp. Today was never going to be fun but I had hoped for it to be memorable. I wasn't sure what to expect or how I would feel about visiting a place like this. We met our guide - Arvi - at 10am at the Haupbahnhof (Munich train station) and we took a train to the town of Dachau.
