(Roman had to keep those togas white somehow...) so that is likely the real reason, but he mythical story goes a young boy put out an explosive by peeing on the fuse to put it out. Onto ferry and to camping ground lovely camp on the river.
Camps prices range from € 16 to € 19 some times you pay for shower €1 one place your shower lasted 8 mins now that is a challenge for someone like me that is the long shower queen
But no I couldnt last the 8 minutes.

Today we took a leisurely boat ride down the Rhine. We saw cologne from the water a very different perspective. After the boat ride we had lunch at a very good hamburger place. We then drove to a magnificent palace, Schloss breuhl. Beautiful gardens similar to Versailles on a much smaller scale. We then rushed home to watch the Germany USA game. My journey from Nuremberg to Cologne is by far the most pleasant train journey I have ever experienced. I used the ICE train which is the faster and much more expensive train, but I have a German rail card so it makes no difference to me! I even managed to sleep a little!

... a wild goose chase for 10 minutes before we were finally able to lock up our bags for 6 hours. I will say that is one of the good things about the train stations because it lets you explore the town without having to worry about dragging around a suitcase. We gave ourselves 2 hours to explore the downtown and 4 hours to get to the National Museum and back, but the Alt Stadt was tiny.
