      Jules' Birthday

A travel blog entry by chelsear on Sep 19, 2014

... After 8:30 Katelyn, Maria and I shared a 6 beer pitcher between us, while Tash and Julia halved one. Feeling sufficiently tipsy we made our way to the next spot while I tried to befriend the staff. At one bar we lost Luci and Julia only to find them sitting at a table with about 8 hulking black guys. At the last bar of the night (before the club) Julia's state went downhill rapidly as she sat in a smoking room and vomited all over the table. Mostly pasta. ...

Wayne and Robert each had salmon which they said was very good. Back to the hotel shuttle. We came to our rooms, showered and were ready for sleep, as it has been a long, active but fun two days. I, personally, am sure we have walked at least 15 to 20 miles or so! More fun promised for ...

      Amsterdam for intertraffic

A travel blog entry by quinlet on Mar 26, 2014

... afternoon on the no 5 tram, to go back to Amsterdam Zuid. I wasn't really watching but all of a sudden it appeared that we were not on the usual route. I took more interest and found we had gone quite a different way. On a bus that might not matter, but on a tram it certainly does. We took an interesting route, not part of the usual network, before recovering the proper route shortly before the station. But no explanation. No lounge for ...

... over to him and continued where they had left off. As midnight approached I was completely forgotten about as they looked into each other eyes whilst I was left standing alone on the dance floor to countdown by myself. The Englishmen had followed us over to the club so I had to defend their advances and try to stay positive about the whole situation. It came to a point though where I couldn't take it anymore walked over to my cousin who by this stage was completely ...
