    ... the car traffic being so much less, but we have found it very peaceful. We've tried some Dutch dishes today and some of them are certainly different but quite palatable. Potato mash in various forms seems common done with spinach, smoked sausage and boiled egg or made into croquettes eaten in a bun. we also had delicious bagels for breakfast.     ... the 70s and the results are amazing. Pristine, clean cut city full of yep, character! Brugge also has an extensive Brewery history. We had a great tour of the only city Brewery left, that had stood the test of time through the two world wars. Brugge compliments this history by having cheap beers!
