We had some wonderful cavatelli in honor of Angela's sister Jean who loves the stuff. Angela had hers with ragu while I had mine with seafood. C'mon, we were in a port town after all!

Before we left this morning we walked round the garden. We know that the present owner has had it for 13 years, but we think that before that it must have been a tropical garden of some kind, as there are some very old plants, and he must have taken it over and restored it. ... to see and do. Included in this was a visit to la Basilica di San Nicola, la Cattedrale, and the Castillo. The old cobbled streets wind around at the tip of the old city. We elected to get an earlier train to Alberobello where we would be staying for two nights, as walking around Bari doesn't actually take that long.
