Another lazy day
I am not a bit surprised that after yesterday's adventures I slept 12 hours and still felt tired. The temperature outside was rising quickly and the predictions were for about 90 degrees F during the day.
Great excuse to keep reading my book ("Gone Girl" by Gillian Flynn, two thumbs up!) and cook something yummy.

I felt a bit like a sleuth, walking down small, winding roads, with my camera hanging on my neck, and searching for the right house.
I finally found it and was a bit disappointed because I guess I expected it to be "drowning in flowers." Turns out, only the lower floor had some flower pots in the windows and there were some nice plants on the side of the house.

Dobré Ráno
After arrival all participants were accomodated in a hotel in which we had a chance to talk with professional Tourist Group Leader and coach drivers. We were taught about regulations in tourism as well about possible solutions for difficult situations. Afterwards we moved to practical part of our trip. My task was to present the functions of consulates.

Gone Be Civilisation
... shot (ouch!) and a clean dressing (after cleaning out some tiny gravel I had missed) covered with a nice layer of an antibiotic ointment. Doc also warned me that because of the surface nature of the wound it would seriously hurt for a few days, while the skin stretches to close over. Was he right!
Mom felt bad for me so she made a nice obiad and tried to distract me with conversation since by noon Ania was still not here. She called an hour later ...
