We stepped off the train into glorious sunshine and were met at the station by Jurek. He drove us to the farm where we met Ela and her mother, introduced to us as grandma. She is 93 and very impressive for her age. She is still on her feet thanks to her zimmerframe and she loves to talk all day, unfortunately only in Polish so we couldn't understand her great stories. Now I've been here for the last 2 months, long working hours, some good success, some bad success, over all an experience that I don't want to miss anymore. Lots of new memories, new things learned, more friends made, more lessons learned. And a lot more to come.
