Hauptplatz 27 Wiener Neustadt, Lower Austria, Austria, A-2700, 2622-23169
Leaving Istanbul was in the end hard to do.. During my stay there I felt so confused and tired and missed my friends and sister so much... but when I finally went to catch the train I didn't want to leave. Altough this city is unbelievable huge and full off people (around same amount as whole Netherlands!) and I don't like citylife in particular, I loved the chaos, the markets, the hospitality of the people and ...
Wiener Neustadt, Lower Austria, Austria holadiyo... the closest I get to a vineyard is a trip to the LC. My Aunt's friend has a house in Hungary that has several acres of grapes, but they're too busy to tend the grapes... I told her I'd love to learn how to do that and then make wine! Can you imagine????? Me???? How perfect is that!!! The towns and cities here seem to blend into one another and the streets are narrow and literally weave themselves like snakes ...
Wiener Neustadt, Austria rodine.isfeld... where they keep and train the Lippizaner horses. I didn't understand all the hype around these white horses but Karla explained to me that they are well-trained, highly intelligent touring dressage team. She saw them in Montana with her family as a little girl. We stopped in at St. Stephens Cathedral with the bells tolling end of day. It was truly larger that life, but by this point I am so jaded from seeing cathedrals that we just walked in, took pictures and walked back out. We ...
Vienna, Austria tbassplayer... been done has been done. To get to the tour ws easy for it wasnt that far from our hotel so we simply just walked there, and the tour it was pretty expensive though because it went for a really long time and it was very detailed, it costed about 35 Euro in all. Once we were done with the tour which for some reason im pretty sure i was the only one who actaully liked it ...
Wiener Neustadt, Austria polishswimmer56... served an it was around 8 Euro and i really liked it too even though i had never eaten anything like it in my life, and then we got ready for the day ahead of us all. The next place that we were going to visit was "The Liechtenstein Museum The Princely Collection", we took a taxi there for it was the easiest way to get there and we were feeling super lazy that day it was about 30 Euro, at this place there were many ...
Wiener Neustadt, Austria polishswimmer56... were all fasinated at how beatiful of a house it was and how nice it was. Some of the most famouse works that he composed were made here, and it was built also around the 17th century. The fee for getting in and viewing everything was 12 Euro. Once this place became something that we had already seem, we left, took a bus home which was about 8 Euro, and went out to eat at our daily place before going to our hotel which was Cantino then we went back to the hotel to rest up for the next day.
Wiener Neustadt, Austria polishswimmer56... conditions I was able to get a picture of a rainbow. After some consideration whilst looking at my map, and seeing that the sun was on the wrong side (well, we will forgive him the mistake), I headed up where I had come from and beyond, that is, in the direction I should have headed to begin with. Well I went onward to the House of Music, and noticed it was closed, smelled the surroundings, and headed towards the smell of Opera to check out the city while ...
Vienna, Austria roberto.maciasA bit of a boring drive if truth be told, some bits in south of Czechy are ok, by in the main it was just focus and drive! only took about 4 hours, and temperature really rising! Got to Vienna around 2pm, chilled for a bit, then took a random look around the city. Hired a couple of bikes, in which Ashley tried to kill himself on 3 times in half an hour. So, responsible gaurdian that i am, made hime take it back ...
Vienna, Austria nobaldo... had time to do was walk to the Obelisk Fountain. We did hear an orchestra practicing behind the palace. We were glad when the tour ended, although I would have liked to have seen more of the grounds. When we got back to the bus, Franco had the scratch smoothed out and you could barely tell it was ever there! Vienna must really dislike President Bush because we also saw on the roof of a building, "Go Home Bush" in big white letters, along with the comment from the ...
Vienna, Austria travelinkerry... to the door I would have left earlier because it was very oppressive in those small rooms. I was glad when it ended but pleased that we had made it, it being one of Anne's dreams to see. As we were leaving and passing the main entrance to the chapel the boys choir descended from the upper level and assembled near the altar. We pushed our way into the nave and just caught them singing a Hallelujah chorus something. We were surrounded by Japanese ...
