Between looking for my next job, working on publishing more of my past research, and making headway with my new research in Okinawa, I have also tried here and there to enjoy my weekends. My favorite areas to visit are north of where I live, at least an hour and a half drive. So when I go up there, I make the journey, I need to get a full day out of it.
