My visit to Surat has nothing much to talk about apart from the fact that I was solely there to visit a friend of mine. Originally, I intended to go directly to Ajmer from Mumbai, but then I felt I had to see Udaipur on the way. So to reach Udaipur, I knew I had to pass through Gujarat. ... All these theatres vanished from big cities after the Malls came up, but somehow it managed 4 shows of "Ye Jawaani he Deewani" daily. As we were waiting for the bus, the hot dusty winds gushed up it suddenly started raining, forcing us to run for shelter below the theatre. Then finally after an hour long delay, we boarded the bus started a 15 hour long bus journey to Manali.
