... from one of our previous wifi stops at
McDonalds (we buy the cheapest items on the menu just so we don't
feel guilty!), it looked nice enough and was situated around a small
lake, plus it was the cheapest we could find!



The drive
between Wolfsburg and Kellerwiehl was pretty dull, the only highlight
being the low flying eagle up above... there didn't seem to be much
around at all, including the town / ...

Another early start (no chance of a lie-in on this holiday) as the coach was leaving Dessau at 8.30 for the 45 minute drive to Worlitz Gardens. The weather was beautiful - warm and sunny. The gardens reminded us so much of Stourhead. Our trip included a gondola tour around the lakes and under the bridges (no, not the romantic type of gondola you see in Venice, these held about 14 people!) Felt sorry for the poor lad rowing ...

... so so so nice to catch up with my beautiful friends marc, Heidi and Carmen . Was such a great group dynamic, everyone got along so well and we just laughed a lot and enjoyed the amazing atmosphere.
