And we are on the move again!

After 2 days in Nice, it was very nice! Haha see what I did there.

It is a beautiful city, on the French Riviera and a little bit of a slower pace for us. We spent our time wandering around and trying to negotiate the extremely complicated transport system. We had a chat to a British couple who …

... with the French to be surprisingly lovely and extremely helpful. As explained to me by one French man, the agreeable nature of the locals was due to the fact that I was in the south of France, not Paris. "In the south, you have the sun, the beach, and nothing to worry about," he explained. I have to admit I was more excited to walk in the Casino de Monte Carlo than the Sistine Chapel. I always have loved gambling, starting with the days that I used to go to Casino du Lac Leamy underage. After we entered we walked around the casino floor. The casino was divided into separate rooms in which ...

... wich only went up 90M or 280' where we viewed a lovely waterfall and some great views of Nice. All told, 10 km. From there we went to supper at "A Cannes of Sucre" and had a great meal, well worth the 50Euro we dropped. Just enough food, and prepared very well. We were much happier than the pathetic lunch we had at "La Bambi" in Monaco.

We walked home, pretty tired, and a bit sore, ready for bed, and the adventures of diving Cap Ferrat tomorrow morning lie ...
