          ... Strauss came up with the famous “Blue Danube Waltz”. A guide told us there are only two times when the Danube looks blue: one, when people are in love, and two, when people are drunk.

          Our lovely cruise was followed by an entertaining apple strudel demonstration in the lounge. The main chef and the pastry chef were humorous, and short of baking their product, they informed us we would eat strudel the next day. (And we did).

          ... coach. I'm back briefly. We have arrived in Regensburg, but not without removing a few barnacles on the bottom of the ship. Dinner last night was like a degustation meal, which you had to sign up for and was pleasant enough. The couple we sat with were from Coffs Harbour and had a B & B,so we got some inside information.           ... the performance. Worked out to be about €1 a minute each as the performance lasted an hour. There were people lined up for another performance immediately after ours.
