The weather was absolutely fantastic, so much so that I got quite sunburnt across my neck as we wandered round the top, something that I would notice as I slipped into a scorchingly hot onsen later that evening! ... of the other mountain peaks. On our train journey we noticed the tell tale signs of roller coasters close to us and with some help from mr google found that this particular theme park had one of the top 4 rides in the world so with Serena we used the local bus to get there. A 3 hour wait and we experienced Takabisha with its ...

a long day today, over 6 hours on 4 trains. Fiirst a bullet train, then an express followed by a suburban train and finally almost a Thomas the Tank train with an observation car which gave us a great view of Mount Fuji as we headed up into the mountains. Our bedroom is a typical ...
