We had it on throughout the afternoon, and it was a great way to while away a quiet NYD. I sought out the DVD after that, to no avail at the time. It is also in a relatively quiet area which is nice. With the afternoon still ahead of us and the prediction of a change in the weather tomorrow, we decided to do a reconnoiter of the Old Town which was about a 15 minute walk away. Well it turned out ...

... an old cemetery here on the grounds of the college/church. We walked through the beautiful old town section of Salzburg which you'll see in the pictures. No heavy rain today, just sprinkles. Beautiful cathedrals again. Music festivals. Huge castle sitting above the town. Church bells ringing all the time makes me think of the Sound of Music which was filmed here and we are taking that bus tour tomorrow. Sandy's view - my early 5:45 morning has ...
