He was discovered by his personal minstrel who went back to England & obtained truly a King's ransom - enough to pay for the fortification walls of Vienna plus some other town as well. Disembarking in Durnstein, we ran out of steam and made our way back to Vienna to close out our last day in Vienna and bid auf Wiedersehen to Frau Countess ...

Tonight, we cruise to Linz - our last Austrian port.

This is convenient as I am attempting to wein myself onto coffee so that I have more drinking options when I go to a cafe, so far so good! (I am also aiming to develop a love for Olive's and red wine - it will be done!)
