If vines are not occupying the land then it will be orchards of apples, pears, apricots, plums or walnuts. It appears that the main grape varieties grown are Gruner Vetliner and Reisling.

So the day starts. We arrive at a cute little village called Durnstien. Made it to the top of the hill to the castle...had to show off our physical prowess.
