      ... Then onto a bus for the next leg (unfortunately there were doing train works), bus trip for about 20 mins then off we get and onto the platform for our next train! Hmmm, seems we have missed our next train, as the bus was late! So we have to wait an hour, a bit of a bugger but we take the opportunity to find a coffee and hot chocolate.       ... lunch menu), then headed back to Munich on the 2pm train. Thanks to random German railway work, our 2-hour train ride home became 3.5 when the engineer realized the tracks were closed. We transferred to another train....to a bus...to another train. To say the adventure lacked German efficiency is most certainly an understatement.

      Tomorrow we pack up early and head to Salzburg and Vienna for Sound of Musicking and Sacher-torte-eating.

      Early morning we went to Oberammergau, which is famous for painting on the wall. We took picture with the little red hood. They also have a church with the Russian dome style. A short ride brought us to Linderhof. It is a mini-palace. We only looked at the outside. There is a 30-m tall fountain that runs every 30 minutes.
