... schnitzel that was again disappointing. Funny how you travel to their origin and they are just not the same as Newcastle's schnitzels. We have told everyone they need to come and have one of ours! And then a mousse to finish. We have an incredibly long and early day tomorrow to get to Venice so we are all going to bed pretty early. ... amazing. Innsbruck has such an amazing change over the last 2 days it was unreal. Over the course of the afternoon the cloud washed in and out over the mountain. We weren't sure of the temperature, but a lad at breakfast had told me it was -15 when we had gone snow boarding on one of the mountains the day before.
Our instructor arrived and we headed off to the very baby area of the slope. He taught us to pizza and French fry, how to turn (apparently) ...

We've played like kids in the snow, had snow ball fights, built a snow man (sort of), jumped in it, fell in it, and thoroughly looked like deadset tourists haha. I love snow!
