Lovely sunny day layers coming off
Biked to Bonn where Beethoven was born and educated so opera house called after him as well as statues. .Rode into middke of city found a market more cherries, nectarines, apricots and Swiss cheese. Got to camping Berger, some of these camping grounds are very large lots of permanent caravans elaborate awnings and huge barbecues have bikes to take dishes to wash house.

Outside were 3 food booths; 1 large selling many different types of homemade desserts and collecting money for the meats, 1 booth grilling sausages and steaks, 1 booth grilling fish.

We went and got our sausage sandwiches, just sausage for me, and kids got cake. We got back inside to lots of yelling, clapping and the dancers walking up to the stage.

... William I. I'm not sure what is so special about him or what great deed he did, but to get a monument that size I'd expect him to have at least ended world hunger!

Later I decided to take a short stroll through the old town and I had some lunch at a lovely Chinese restaurant. I've gone nearly 3 weeks without any rice, I'm not sure how I've survived!
