... me some pasta with pesto which was wonderful. When we had had dessert, he came and asked if I would like some gelato - maybe some uncooked shrimp gelato! So he enjoyed taking the mickey out of me as well! It really was a lovely dinner, and was nice to talk more to Adam. A lady in front of us was walking on the cobbles in high heels, and I was just thinking that it wasn't the best place for that when she tripped over. I tried to indicate that it was a bad place for heels, and next minute she ...

... the floor was to be mopped. Sometimes it took a good hour or so to get the kitchen in order. After the kitchen, I would either go back to cutting the lavender or help with turning down the rooms. I only turned down the rooms twice during my stay here. It involved assisting with making beds, vacuuming the floors, and cleaning the bathrooms. I felt so far out of my comfort zone. I’m proud that I had accomplished all the tasks assigned to me. I had overcome ...
