A travel blog entry by kenb on Nov 05, 2014

Another great breakfast- cereal, home made croissant and toast with meat and cheese. Plus boiled eggs and sweet stuff that I didn't eat. Good unsweetened yoghurt. Still raining.. We didn't get home till midnight, so slept well that ...

But it does have a friendly neighborly feel to it, with a lot of folks out strolling and shopping along its rather generic pedestrian streets. I take a few minutes just to get my thoughts together. It's been a whirlwind couple of days. I must admit I haven't had ...

... guess it's time to hit the exorbitant cash machine for the first time. Today is the first time I've wanted to go home, but at the moment I'm still determined to get to see Pompeii. I think the last few hours have really dented my confidence and I need to try to get that back. A McDonalds would help, wifi and something familiar. I'm currently sharing a room with a middle aged, glamorous Italian woman. She even has this little shrine set up by her bed and I ...
