Today was a pack up and quiet day. There was a monster thunder storm overnight and the rain was steady until mid-late morning. We decided to try and see what Raffa was like, it looked interesting from the road that we have frequently used on our way south around the lake. This morning we had breakfast at the hotel– it was quite crowded here. I rang Zia
Nanina and then Libera – to touch base about visiting when Josy comes. Then we
bussed into Verona. We had another little look around but mainly wanted to shop
at the Coin dept store again. I bought a couple of little summery tops (yellow
and black and white) as it is hot. I also bought some gift items. Craig bought
... time – same in France!! In fact,
today Craig and I discussed that it seems safer on the Italian motorways than
the French – I may regret I said that.
This morning we basically got organized and drove here to Verona. It only took about
