... realized Rob was in 29C and I was in 42K on the Rome/Toronto leg of the trip. The extremely rude Alitalia agent blamed our travel agent and rudely dismissed us by rudely saying there was nothing she could do (did I mention she was rude?).

... and a bread made with "lievito madre". This literally means yeast of the mother and is yeast that has been continuously cultivated and renewed for over 100 years. They were given some 6 years ago when the restaurant opened and they add to it every day to keep it active. If the person that does this is on holidays, someone else is entrusted to take their place. What a concept.
