    By this time we had completed all of our cooking and it was time to go and sit down to enjoy the food - Mario finished putting the pasta and sauces together and brought the dishes out to us.     ... and the grounds amazing, and left behind magnificent gardens with a massive emphasis on the water features! Fountains like you would not believe line the terraced gardens.

    After a little walking, we had some lunch in front of a stunning fountain, fresh buffalo mozarella and ham with some bread, the mozarella was so moist that when cut the amount of milk like juice that ran from the cheese was awesome!

    ... the San Brizio Chapel. Returned to Rome in the late afternoon and had our farewell dinner :-( It was at Tanagra Restaurant which was part opera/comedy show. Very entertaining and a great way to end our trip. Goodbyes and kisses all around! ...

    ... 10 k an hour was very respectable for us. After checking in we wandered down a side street and found a little gem of a ristorante.....with rain still in the air we ate in a vaulted barrelled cellar bar from a tiny menu and it was squisito!
