      ... also only carbonate small amounts at a time, as the bubbles tend to have a short half life. Guess it also stops you drinking too much, as if you cant carbonate, you cant refill your glass. Whether Margaret was capable of carbonating the end of the bottle will never be known, as Paul thought he'd be chivalorous to ensure Margaret didn't strain her thumbs (stiff from her skiing exploits) and assist with the carbonation process.       ... that they are learning English as a second language and not Spanish because they acknowledge how hard it would be. All verbs have totally different words for each tense (for example, we have shop and shopping, they have denunciar and compras). Also, the female/male words and all the different versions of 'a' and 'the'. I really struggle when reading female versions of words, when I'm use to the male version (ie amigas instead of amigos) in English ...
