We stopped just inside the bay of Cabo San Lucas and once our tour was called, climbed into the life boat they were using as a tender and went to shore.     I chose thinly sliced tomatoes with basil and a special buffalo mozzarella which was so creamy it was unbelieveable. The mozella appeared on top of the sliced tomatoes in a large serving - too much for me but very nice. My second appetiser was at the waiter’s suggestion and that was calamari which again was very nice but too much. Doug had the calamari as a starter
